Resourcehouse, an Australian mining corporation, has announced the construction of a 495 km railway line to the hinterland from the Queensland coast. The track has been designed to link a new coal mine with an equally new port. Resourcehouse has signed a contract with China Power International Development, the facility's client, with building due to commence next year. The overall contract for 30 million t of coal in a 20-year period is worth AUD 69.5 billion. (USD 60.34 billion)
